What is the longest processing time that you have seen in this forum?

Eternity...thats how long the waiting has been for some of us

Looking at the statistics, an overwhelming majority only receives E-mail and the CIC Status only is updated around visa Stamping date.

The standard procedure is to sent an email in your mycic account, where there will be all the instructions. But the trend has been changed recently. Most of the guys are getting email in their personal account rather than the mycic account. Previously the application status were changed frequently after every each update (i.e: medical passed, additional document submitted etc). But recently many candidates already got their PPR and mycic account is still in previous status. So, As long as there is a official communication made between CIC-Candidate we are good to move ahead.

Hi Jvanmi..how did you get the RPRF request? Did you receive an email? My BG check went into progress on Feb 28th and I\m expecting the RPRF request soon if all goes well.

Actually my immigration consultant received an email from CIC saying I got a message on the CIC website. Good luck.

I think this depends on Visa Office.
Quite alot of the PPRs i've seen from AVO was a letter in MyCIC, we only got an email that there is a new notification waiting in CIC account.
However, most other PPRs come directly to appplication email account.

What is the longest processing time that you have seen in this forum?

I think there was a user from First EE draw - around Jan 30, 2015. A month or so ago I saw his posts and he hadn't had an update on his application yet. So more than a year so far - exists unfortunately.

There is a thread - EE applicants waiting for 6 months or more. Should be able to find most there.
