Yes, I have been twice. On my first PR and on my second now. I didn't have problems in any of them so far. My wife has 4 opacity areas as a results of previous pregnancies complications. They never asked anything about it, although I always had a medical explanation from it. Bur never used. All medical exams for her always passed. In fact it's the 3rd time as we are now on a Student/OWP status. So, dont worry, it will be fine.
I received my AOR on September 12th. I received an email from IRCC CPCO FinalRequest with a subject "Ready for Visa".
The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, permanent residence visa. If for any reason you are not able to meet this deadline, please inform us immediately by email to: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca with details concerning your situation.
Congrats! Seems like good news are coming!!
Is this my Golden email from CIC?
;D I would like to thank the God for being kind to me 8). I will update my timeline soon.

I contacted CIC about being not able to use ecas (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do). They asked for screenshots and then replied saying that we acknowledge receipt of documents being successful. It's already been 4 months since AOR and they haven't even started with the application. Is anyone else going through similar delays?
Actually I know quite a few applicants from the same category and batch that have their applications either in PPR or VOH at the moment (just not active in the forums).
But from what I can observe, it seems that the local visa office plays a big role in the finalisation stage of the screening.
Just to let everyone know I got the PPR email today. I got my GCMS notes ordered yesterday which would be worthless at this point now.
But sincere wishes to everyone waiting. Hope you all get the good news asap.
