After 15.5 months of waiting since AOR (June 28, 2016) and 12.5 months in security screening I finally received golden email today.
CSIS finished screening in just one day, rest of ss was with CBSA. No movement, no changes no additional docs request, only silence for 15.5 months. My medicals were extended by CIC, and today email came. Good luck people, hope noone will ever experience this torture.

Today I got my PPR.

PNP (SINP) - FSW - Mexico City VO

Timeline:
01-Jun-2016 - Received ITA.
18-Jun-2016 - Submitted application and got AOR.
19-Jun-2016 - Ghost email.
21-Jun-2016 - Request for Schedule 4 and IMM5475e in MyCIC. Sent documents requested on the same day through MyCIC.
22-Jun-2016 - Medical results passed and request for Mexican Police Certificate in MyCIC.
23-Jun-2016 - Backgroung check in process.
24-Jun-2016 - Ghost email.
24-Jun-2016 - Received letter to present the request of the Mexican Police Certificate to issuing authority from the Embassy through email.
06-Jul-2016 - Received letter from the Embassy requesting Mexican Police Certificate for second time, through email and MyCIC.
06-Jul-2016 - Received Mexican Police Certificate from issuing authority.
06-Jul-2016 - Sent Mexican Police Certificate for last request without translation as due date for the request in MyCIC was 06-Jul-2016.
07-Jul-2016 - Sent Mexican Police Certificate for first request with translation on MyCIC.
08-Jul-2016 - Sent original Mexican Police Certificate to the Embassy in Mexico City.
11-Jul-2016 - Embassy received the original Mexican Police Certificate.
17-Aug-2016 - Application updated in MyCIC, all status is still the same at 12:25.
17-Aug-2016 - Received request to send passport to the embassy through MyCIC and a direct email from the Embassy at 14:04. MyCIC status updated.

MyCIC status (Your Action Is Required):
Application/profile status - Open
Review of eligibility - Review in Progress
Review of medical results - Passed
Review of submitted documents - We need an additional document from the applicant (Passport)
Scheduling an interview - Not needed at this time

HELLO! I GOT MY PPR (FSW-O) AS WELL AND I SENT MY PASSPORT LAST WEEK TO MEXICO VO. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHEN DID YOU GET YOUR PASSPORT BACK. I HAVE SOME TRAVEL PLANS AND I WANT TO KNOW HOW LONG DOES THE STAMP VISA PROCESS TAKES.

I haven't posted here in a long time, but thought I'd check and see who else is left waiting for their PPR from our group. It's been 15 months since my AOR and still no PPR. Since then, I moved to Canada with a work permit and have been living in Winnipeg for nearly 10 months now. Can't believe it has taken so long. Anyone else still waiting?

2016 June means, its way too long.. but you finally got it that is good..

You have also mentioned that you were on WP. Was that BOWP ? or BOWP renewed because application slowed down for whatever reason?

Yes I think I was the last one standing .

I was an outland FSW applicant, and came to Canada after applying for PR, because I had a job offer and MPNP sponsorship. Nevertheless, couple of weeks before my PPR, my application for OWP was approved, which is useless now I suppose since my PR is finally approved.
