Another week gone still no PPR. I don't understand the reasons for delay.

Seniors,
I am CEC inland, AOR Jan 8th 2017, GCMS notes received on May 23rd which reads,Eligibility: Passed Security: Blank, Criminality: Passed Medical: Passed.
In notes it reads as
"Search of client yielded possible concern, please review".
This line is under Label: EE Eligibility, Review type: Program Assistant application.

My question is, does this line refers to Criminality, or Security? Since I have passed criminality, this line is not applicable any more? Or does it mean, I am stuck in "Security" which can take 9-24 months?

hi guys i had a question regarding proof of funds. At the time of landing can i show the latest statement of the account which i originally showed as proof of fund, or will i have to open and transfer the money to a Canadian bank account before arriving.
