Are you sure you have security screening. May be your file has not passed eligibility yet. There can be many possible reasons for delay bit yeah security screening is the worst of them all.

And I am OINP Outland.

I guess my file to have passed eligibility by now. Coz if that would have been the case then why would they start with the background check. What I understand bg check starts only if they have passed with the eligibility, medicals etc. They can't waste 5 months without my application passed out with the eligibility.
