Even i did submit my RCMP with my App. and even the agent has mentioned in his note that both PCC's (from home country and from canada) are provided by PA. but still it is stuck in In Progress and says Fingerprints Reqd. Thats weird now. I have not even received and email from IRCC or RCMP. I have raised a CSE yesterday and attached my RCMP again. Lets hope this helps.
Somebody please help me!!my application has been denied for a simple fact that they said I was not eligible because I claimed I had 3 years of education as my credentials here in Canada which I clearly do!!!I have a 3 year advanced diploma but the v.o has made a mistake and said because because I have 2 diplomas I don't qualify to say 3 year or more!!!this doesn't make sense Because my school offers 3 years program of business administration and the 3rd year is a continuation which is an advanced diploma!!!I just don't know what to do anymore I am stuck now!please help on what I can do?I plan on calling the school to write a letter to them to explain and maybe open up a case!!
You seem to be in the same situation as i was in. Even i completed my Ontario College Advanced Diploma. Which is a 3 year credit. Although my course was a fast track course i.e I got 1 year credit from my college in Canada for my Bachelors Degree from India. So my study duration was 2 years. But at i was still awarded Advanced diploma. I even called CIC before applying and CIC sagent asked me to attach a LOE and explain my situation. I even got my GCMS notes yesterday and the agents have accepted my 3 Year credit and have not mentioned any problem with my canadian education credits. I would highly recommend you to draft an LOE and explain you situation also copy any website link from your college website if possible.
i have a few ques here for you..
1. are your all 3 years of education in same field?
2. were you awarded 2 separate diplomas?
hope i can help you because i was in the same situation. That is why i ordered GCMS notes to check if agent mentioned anything about my CRS points on education. But i found nothing. Everything in notes says Met. Just mail them your LOE and it will definitely help your case.
After months of wait, finally received the golden mail... officially PPR'ed.

We discussed Security Screening in the GCMS thread. SS can be a very slow process as requires input from multiple agencies. Applications from certain high risk backgrounds seem to get picked for SS, so these types of cases take longer to process.
I received my GCMS notes today and following is my status:
Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
Criminality: In Progress
Medical: Passed
I was asked for RCMP and I've submitted before 3 4 weeks. No updates after that and I can see that in GCMS notes. I think it's going to take long time to get ppr. Not hoping anything soon
