It's immaterial to you now as you already got PPR . By the way, there are cases that reported same like you. It is all depend on agents who are reviewing our files and updating the status. For some reason, if they didn't update the status then it will be same like your case.

I have been a silent follower since the very beginning- this forum has been very very helpful. After a long struggle, with a month or so of implied status and almost thinking I wont be able to make it and would have to leave the country, I finally got the golden email tonight!

Can't believe this long journey is so close to being over, after having lived here for 7.5 years. Just gotta send in the passport now!

Hi Iam also CEC Inland applicant and I got the PPR today as well. Do you know how to "landing in Canada" will be for us people who currently live in Canada??? and appointment in a CIC office? or is mandatory to travel to US or any other country and re-enter to Canada?

BG check - Remained as NS until around 4th or 5th of April then changed to IP1
BG NA - 21st April
BG IP2 - 22nd April
PPR - 24th April

Just to add on to this. I've received the PPR in my e-mail inbox, not spam like many guys and not in myCIC account.
I had also sent a CSE on Feb 8th with a more detailed employment letter (detailed description of my responsibilities) as I felt the original letter was too generic. They never responded to say they got it but when I called cic about a month later they told me they had received it so I shouldn't worry.

Congrats and happy to see Jan applicants are getting their PPRs. Every one will have this happy moment. It's just matter of time and as a human being sometimes hard to control our feelings. Good luck with your rest of the process

It is all up to you. If you are in hurry to complete the landing process, then you can visit border and do the landing formalities. If you have sufficient time, then you can make an appointment and do the landing formalities. In general, getting appointment will take 2-3 weeks.
