I agree with you Canada247, I had similar case.
I did call up CIC and the agent confirmed that any work experience that you gain once you are out of school should count as valid work experience, we need not wait for the degree to be awarded. Also, there was a time when CIC was taking around 3-4 months to approve your PGWP so it does not make sense for them to NOT count our work experience we gained while our PGWP was in processing with them.

I am in the similar situation, i graduated in june , but my completion letter is issued on 13th May, and i started working on May then i apply for PNP,
i am so worry right now becuase my pgwp is issued on Oct 2015...

my aor date is 9 Dec, my currently status is NA...

Timeline:
AOR: 20th Jan
RPRF request : 21st Feb
RPRF PAID: 25th Feb
NO UPDATE SINCE THEN

Status is as below:
application Status: application is in process, we will send you a msg when there is an update or if we need more info from u
Review of eligibility: we are reviewing if u meet the eligibility criteria
Medical: you have passed medical exam
Additional docs: additional docs you have provided have been uploaded
Interview: you do not need interview, if this changes we will inform you
Background check: not applicable
Final decision: your application is in progress. We will send you a msg once the final decision is made.

Since many ppl with AOR around 20th Jan have already got PPR, I am getting little nervous.
Please tell me what time frame I should be looking for. You all have been very helpful throu the mags, waiting for your reply.
