Re-read your post again, the reason you got the update is because your medical changed and it might take between 24-36 hours to reflect on your profile.

Same thing happened to me.

I hope so... It's actually more than 36 hours since I got the email.

You don't need to worry about it and this is usual process for some applicants. Please try to submit as soon as possible.

I did upload all travel and activity hietory of past 10 years without gap.
So I do not understand why do they ask for it seperately?
