PPR- Mar 20
Note: I paid PR processing fee at the time of submission and I didn't provide RCMP report and was never asked to provide it or any other additional document.

Re-read your post again, the reason you got the update is because your medical changed and it might take between 24-36 hours to reflect on your profile.
