Hello! My status is not started (initially it was not required) I'd like so much happening in in progress or maybe he comes back to not required (finally that this move!) my visite medicale validated February 7!
But his visa office is London, so perhaps he's lived all his adult life in the UK without traveling much so security was simple for him... The problem is that we can't reach out to him to confirm these things so we're just speculating... heheh
Hi g126. do you have an idea how they perform security check regarding to travel history? Do they check each country you travelled in (even less tha 6 months) or they only check the countries you spent more than 6 months ?

Aor 1 that my spouse applied to sponsor me. Aor 2 is the other part of application for me to be sponsored. It s in 2 parts her part as a sponsor and mine as the sponsored spouse in canada class...
Hi vensak, can you tell me the process? What does a change from NS to NN means, as well as NN to IP , in which stage of the application, these changes occur?
Hi, guys, I got Medicals Passed today!
- AOR 26/jan
- Medical passed 15/fev
And my status are like this now:
Review of eligibility - Review in Progress (same)
Review of medical results - Passed (changed to Passed)
Review of submitted documents - No additional documents are needed at this time (it was blank before)
Scheduling an interview - Not needed at this time (same)
A background check is needed - Not Started (it was "not needed")
What I find most strange about this is that this guy had AOR on the 3rd, Meds changed on the 16th, BC went to IP on the 24th and PPR on the 14th... So in 8 days he had his R10, A11.2 completed and file transferred to LVO and assigned to someone (perhaps a new record?!?)... Meanwhile NOBODY has moved to IP yet...
Some other factors leading to early ppr:
1. No travel history
2. Living in Canada peacefully with no criminal record and never going back to home country
3. Accurate and detailed personal, address and travel history and LOE to explain everything
4. Having your info and your employer's info available on internet verifying your work experience

I have only some observations.
1.medicals tends to change first to passed (especially by outlands). By inlands sometimes it takes more than 2 months but it is quite common to see fast PPR after that.
2. BG usually starts at NN. Some people have it changed to IP fast (within days), but that signalises that they want to have additional documents (very common pattern what I have seen). Once supplied, it turns back to NN.
3. BG changed from NN to NS - this pattern is more common for FSW Outland or PNP outland. It tends to do so when medical is passed or shortly after that. It seems, that they wait for some internal update (for example for internal recheck of PNP nominees).
4. BG changed back from NS to NN (it is believed to be transfer point to LVO or a transit point where most to all checks by central office are finished). In normal cases, that is followed by RPRF (or RPRF are activated shortly before it)
5. BG changed from NN to IP. For Outlanders, this tends to happen after first round of NN - NS - NN. For CEC this can be somewhere after medicals are passed. This change if it is not followed by some request of more documents usually indicates that PPR will be issued soon (within days)
Please be aware, that what I have decribed is just observation for standard speed cases. In some other cases, BG can be stucked for monthes on 1 value (that usually means that there is some deep BG check going on).
Also the speed especially in the last phase does depend on LVO heavily and on their backlog or amount of applicants. that can slow down or speed up the process.
