Yes it sad.
But i saw some post where guys are saying after medical and bc clear - for CEC its take less time then average.
So, hoping that to see for us (Jan AOR) too..
And if you see Nov AOR - after BC checked - they got PPR Date within 3-4 weeks. So that is good news for CEC.
Considering Nov was less ITA - CEC applicant got there PPR Date in this Month/Feb - So around -3+ months.
Now we have to just consider that in Dec and Jan we had lots of ITA. Sooner or later we will see some changes in our status too!
another day passed without any movement on CEC inland...
thought they would start on Jan applications this week but apparently I was wrong...
maybe next week ;D

Good news is that these days, CEC seems to be processed fairly fast once it does get started.
One applicant from Dec thread already got PPR on Monday with Dec 22 AOR.
That's less than 2 months. And the MED passed on Feb 7, less than a week before the PPR.

Regarding Vensak's post on background change (I know its not the final word):-
I am PNP outland. My BG check changed directly as: NN >> IP >> NN
I did not get any docs request yet! I am looking forward to schedule-4 but havent received any message in my CIC inbox or my g-mail account. Just a little worried.
The messae is going to come in "Permanent Residency" profile, right?
