Just noted a trend in CIC methodology in giving away PPRs. A rush of these emails come on Tuesdays and Fridays.

You're Outland and he's Inland... Inlands take a lot longer for some unknown reason! Don't expect to see anything on the medicals before 2 months if you're inland

I've seen it quicker, but since everything seems to have slowed down since the massive ITA draws I wouldn't expect any thing sooner

Forgive me not reading back some older posts, but when did your Medical Exam Status changed to "Passed"? or How many days did it take to change after your eAPR/AOR?

EDIT: Nevermind, you said "That's exactly what I'm counting on since my medicals changes about 2 weeks ago" (Jan 20th? maybe). It means that it took around 20 days for you

One thing I've come to realize with inland applications is that although it takes forever to pass medicals, once that is done, PPR can come within 4-7 weeks.

Is it just me hoping that almost half of Jan AOR will get PPR by April?

A friend told me that they called them and all they got is automated responses, telling them to press numbers and some general information about processing times.

What are the numbers you need to press to actually reach an operator?
