It can be immediate within 1 minute or it may be delayed by 24 hours.

I got mine immediately. Approximately 1 minute.
Others have reported theirs got to them 24hours later. Especially when submitting during the weekend.

Perhaps we have the same Visa Officer as of now!

Judging by the flags we use, I think we would be in different LVOs (NDVO for u and HKVO for me), but good luck to both of us!

Most people will log on and see the change then the email telling you about the update and to log on usually comes about 24 hours after. Having said that, some people reported that they did not receive any update emails. So we should ensure we check regularly.

I received my ITA on 22nd Dec and submitted my e-APR on Jan 19th and received AOR on Jan 20th. I'm a CEC outland applicant.
