It's a bit weird though. My account shows no further updates and the PPR request mail was sent to a former representative we used for another visa. I just woke up and saw the mail was forwarded to me. He had nohing to do with our PR applucation.
I never really knew that it was Ottawa until I received the PPR with the signature. I just thought it was Ottawa since I'm inland. the previous posts though show, that not everbody inland is automatically processed in Ottawa. sorry can't really help. I'm sure people here know though.
You can probably find out what your VO is by checking out http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/apply-where.asp
If you are outland most of the time it will be the closest VO to where you live, however this is not always the case.

I sent an email to the above link and I got a reply within 30 minutes, they may also take more than 24 hrs to reply.
* Include Application Number in the subject line
* Mention Surname, DOB, Client Unique Id, Category of Immigration in the body of the email.
