At what stage does the application is sent to VO?

After they check your medical, first documents completenes, finish criminality check (PCC) and confirm your PNP. Then they will transfer it to LVO to finish security checks and review whole application again and approve it.

Who would have thought!! NDVO used to be one of the slowest VOs and not it seems its picking up pace

On 26th, my Meds passed and BG changed to "In Progress". Does it mean it is at the LVO? Or is it not?
