Thank you once again for your efforts. You try to clarify what is meant by medicals date (i.e., is it doing the medical exams or getting the medical status changed to passed).

Good question. If it's the date when medical status updated, could you add one more field for "Medical Exams Completed"? That way we will have more clearer picture. Thanks

I did call them just now, as usual very cold responses, the agent mentioned that "Application will only show open only after they started working on it".
However, I only received one msg from them after submission, which had the payment receipt number and no pdf :/
