PR tracker showing my eligibility have been completed: 2023-03-29

Today I saw this update on my PR tracker that my eligibility have been completed but it isn't showing on my GCkey account. Does this mean eligibility check have been completed and I have passed the eligibility check?

Same here. Tracker shows eligibility completed but nothing has changed in GCKey. I just consider it a signal that my eligibility has passed

R10 is completeness check. First review of application package by an officer
NRT is No Reportable Trace; There is no adverse information against applicant to report,

UPDATES:
Elidibility: MARCH 20th COMPLETED (Only on tracker)
March 20th, Tracker application history "we received the information you sent us..." (Didn't sent anything)
GU2: March 21st "Application/profile updated". (GCKEY) Nothing changed

GU3: March 28th "Application/profile updated". (GCKEY) Nothing changed

As of today on GCKEY:
Eligibility shows "We are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirements", Background and final decision still shows "Your application is in progress..."

Tracker:
All completed except for Background "Not started".

Called IRCC today and found out my VO is Ottawa and confirmed:
Medical exam: Passed/Completed
Biometrics: Completed
Eligibility: Passed/Completed
BGC: In progress (That's the only thing missing)

GCKEY still shows "Yor application is in progress" for both and Tracker Eligibility "Completed", BGC "Not started".

My application timeline also exactly the same.

I have heard Ottawa office sends background verification requests as bulk every month. So that might be the reason why BGC is still “Not started”.

It’s when they check if you have any criminal records and are you a law abiding person with a clean track record

The only good news is that your application was worked upon by IRCC. apart from that nobody can confirm/predict if that GU is good sign. You need to call IRCC to know what that update means. Good luck !
