Tracker showing all stages complete (BACKGROUND SINCE MARCH 11) but overview application status is still in progress. It also shows my CoPR document number and export date. This in itself suggests I should be receiving the email, no? The last known update was on March 20th, when I had small/ghost updates every day until then and now nothing.

I still haven't received CoPR email, PPR request or anything.

And my GCKey is still stuck on medical passed only.

Should I be contacting them or something or is this just usual business?

I have checked my email and spam daily.

there is nothing for you to do, but wait. Your PPR is around the corner, you will very likely get it in the next few working days. Congrats, buddy!

A couple of days after my biometrics, I was able to register for the tracker.
According to my tracker, my eligibility and BG are "Not started". Medical exam "completed" and Biometrics "completed".

GCKEY has different status

Elidibility: MARCH 20th COMPLETED (Only on tracker)
March 20th, Tracker application history "we received the information you sent us..." (Didn't sent anything)
GU2: March 21st "Application/profile updated". (GCKEY) Nothing changed

GU3: March 28th "Application/profile updated". (GCKEY) Nothing changed

Eligibility shows "We are reviewing whether you meet eligibility requirements", Background and final decision still shows "Your application is in progress..."

Tracker:
All completed except for Background "Not started".
