I have received my GCMS notes which was printed 2 days before my PPR and one good thing I noticed it. I'll share the details once I have my final notes.

I too claimed 50 pts using LMIA, i used the same job offer template which i submited for LMIA application saying my employment will be extended to permanent position for indeterminate time period once i receive my permanent residency. I did not mentioned atleast 1 year during LMIA process and for PR application. Should I raise CSE and attach a new job offer letter with it or it will be fine.
I got the LOE from the company but found new company's address on it but in T4 and payslips have old company's address and thats what I entered in EE . I have received the ITA and Can I update the company's address after ITA.
Like I said, I'll share the entire process once I have my final GCMS notes. As I mentioned several times, all the ICT people can claim 50 points as long as they have full-time employment with the same company.

It means your R10, Criminality validations are done and your file promoted for "Eligibility assessment". Once CIC agent completes eligibility assessment, he/ she will promote your file for final decision. For my case it took 10 days from NA-IP and on the same day I got my PPR mail.
