Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

How can we follow-up sa cic.gc.ca? Sayang kasi if we miss the start of classes. In my case since private school, I've already paid 8k cad and the school is asking for another 6k cad by the 26th. Ayaw ko na muna maglabas ng money since wala pang word about my study permit..

Required po ba yung Certificate of Employment ng parents if sila mag sponsor? Parang magdadalawang isip po akong ipakita eh kasi hindi naman kalakihan sweldo ng parents ko. Teachers sila. Baka isipin ng VO, di nila ako kayang isupport, pero yung sa pera naman po namin sa bank enough for one year na tuition and expenses

Hi! Yes, if they will sponsor you, you need to show proof of income (certificate of employment if employed, business permit and paperwork for business). Pati yata payslips. Basta related to proving where the money you will use came from. Note that you must also provide ITRs (sabi ng counselor ko 3 yrs of ITR daw pero may nabasa na ako dito na hindi ITR ang pinakita, try mo nalang scroll back kaso medyo malayo na). Good luck!

For our application, yes kasi makulit ang parents in law ko sa Canada peru based on the student fair last month - sinabi ng VO na all applicants will be treated fairly with or without representative.

Wala akong representative, pero meron akong "counselor" at refused yung first application ko. Kagandahan lang ay na-check nya at nai-correct yung forms at paperwork ko before i submitted them.

Wala pa din. Dba ngchange ng timeline ang PH to 9weeks so parang kaka 9weeks ko lang last week. Ngayon running 10 na. Hopefully baka sa Fri meron na

Hi! Yes, my first application was refused last January 26. I reapplied last February 11, received the update that I passed my medicals last Feb 17. Good luck sa atin!

Nkakatulog pa ba kayo ng maayos lol..ako dito praning na haha 2 months na wla pa rin tska lapit na tlga ng start ng classes ko, buti nlng nagemail ako sa school at nagpatulong na tlga, iffollow up ng school owner ang application sa mga wla pang visa (private school ung skin) sana soon may update na..nagask din ako what if start na ng class pwede pa ba humabol, sabi nmn nila na meron akong until 3 weeks, so before march 28 pwede pa humabol..pray lng tlga tayo na maapprove tayong lahat..ill keep u guys updated kung may bagong balita..aja!
