i have not convinced the visa officer that i would return to the philippines after my studies due to employment situation and employment prospects in home country. in my new application i included my certificate of employment (di ko sinama sa una kasi di ko naman alam na magiging factor pala kahit student visa ang a-apply-an huhu) so sana okay na. good luck sayo, sana mag ka visa ka na!

I think I found the answer to my question from the cic website

"Minor children who are already in Canada accompanying a parent who is permitted to study or work may study in Canada without a study permit at the pre-school, primary and secondary levels."

You can apply for their SP w/in Canada. Unless issue-han sila ng visitor record sa immigration. Our case kasi, nakalimutan yata ng officer bigyan yung daughter ko ng visitor record. So technically on a trv, your kids are only allowed to stay here for 3 months.. after that kelangan sila mag-exit. Visitor record allows your kids to stay in canada as long as your visa or permits are valid. So and ending is inapply nalang namin ng study permit dito we got it in 2wks.

End March yung start ng classes ko and the school gave me a deadline for the Study Permit ng Feb 26 and also asking for additional tuition payment on the 26th too. :'( :'(

Sabay ba tau ng pass Dec 18 ka rin? Ang sabi sakin sa study fair eh upon submission daw un, kasi I ask about the advantage of upfront medical kasi ngpa upfront kame, sabi wala daw - basta 8 weeks pa rin upon submission.

I submitted mine last Dec 16 and they received it Dec 17

Baka naman pwede mo icheck ulit sa friend ng firend mo na VO, bakit ang tagal nila magprocess ngayon. Malapit na pasukan oh
