retake the exam your not going to get any points here and this may cause your rejection, they might think that you cant even communicate well so why would we let him in...I think thats the best thing to do
my friend you are left with one option only. just send the score with a covering letter explainin you need more time. no miracle is going to happen.......
How come u got this score, do you honestly think your scores are according to you english capabilities or It was sheer Bad Luck in exam.
If it was Bad luck then be positive and share the mistakes you think you have done, so other may learn form the mistakes as well.
P.S please no offence of any kind is meant here.
Firstly does this score (which I think only gets you 4 points) give you enough points to hit 67?
If you still make 67 points, then send the score off. If you don't make the 67 points, then IMO book another test NOW, for as very soon as possible. Once you know the date of the test, send this score off saying the results were unexpected and that you have booked a test for XYZ and ask if they will give you an extension until the test date.
For sure you will fail unless you can make 67 points, and even if you do make 67 points if any other element of your application is borderline the fact that your English is so poor will influence their decision.
Study hard and at least try to aim for moderate in all areas.
dude, you have to reappear for the IELTS. its really risky to go ahead with this score.. take a look at the pic below to understand the points for language. if you have lots of spare points above 67, then maybe its worthwhile to take the risk...
