To all of you in the same boat..This is a mind game..all the wait and hope. A friend of mine is an immigration lawyer, the advice I was given was to be patient. I know that sounds silly, but I still believe in the system, I paid money to them to look at my file. That is it, I cannot do more. I continue to live my life as good as I can and to the fullest. Whatever happens, happens..

Well, I am in Vancouver now for the second time on holidays for some weeks.. Beautiful city. Checking out the areas and housing, very impressive and not too expensive.. Just got back from shopping, wife is happy..

I have not heard any updates on pre-February 2008 and just received my CAIPS note which is not really promising at the moment. I just wanted to know if CHC Sydney contacted or updated anyone from the pre-February 2008 applicants aside from responding to email inquiries with their formatted response.

Hi Leh0321, I am also pre Feb 2008 applicant. I submitted documents in March, 2010, since then I have not got any response from Sydney, CHC. Have you got the update request? For your information, in this forum all the members are from post Feb 2008 groups. Can we start a forum for pre Feb 2008 Sydney, Australia applicants?
