I know you can get 3 years PGWP for 2 years studies

I have bachleor in pharmacy from india and studied advanced diploma which is completed in two years and has one year canadian experience as restaurant manager.my queries are
1. Can I claim crs points for my bachelor degree as entry level professional degree without any experience in my field?
2.how many crs points will my canadian study help me to achieve(15 or 30)
