Hi all,
I am a dentist from India, having my masters degree with more than five years of experience. my CRS points are 437. I have applied in EE system in january 2015, now its going to expire in another one month. Want to know how to improve chances for getting ITA. Have applied for Manitoba provincial nomination also and now planning to fill for Saskatechewan Provincial nomination. Want to know is it possible to apply for two provincial nomination at same time??
Have read in this thread that someone got ontario provincial nomination, how to go about it because i have more acquaitances in Ontario and Alberta as compared to Manitoba or Saskatechewan.

Hi,
I have created EE profile without any NDEB preparation. My CRS Score is 385. What about you? With CLB 9 I can obtain 466. Getting prepared for improving my IELTS score..

I'm yet to receive an ITA (hopefully soon) but I'm interested in other dentists' experiences after landing, which is kind of an unknown to me, from what I understand you could take the board exams directly, or apply to college for 3rd and 4th years (in which you'd need a ton of money), and I know someone (dentist too) who changed his career after landing.

Any idea of how to apply for a education loan directly after landing?
Is it possible to receive funding for such a huge amount for a newly landed inmmigrant?

Yes with the PR card you can, some banks have limits though, check the university website under (scholarships/loans) and also check scotiabank website, my friend used it

Tbh I don't know the exact requirements or details of bank loans, there is a loan program for new immigrants but it will never cover dental education.
What I know is my friend's experience, after landing and being accepted in college he paid himself for the first year (borrowed from his father) he later secured the loan, paid his father back and things worked out. But I do not know the details
