One can take up supporting jobs in dentistry like Dental assistant, dental hygienist, denturist etc. However most of these will also need certification before you can work. The courses are typically anywhere between 6 to 18 months long depending on the college.
And if you want to live and practice in Canada, you will have to take the NDEB exam

I am a dentist from India with 8 yrs of experience and 404 points,I have received the interest from Ontario for their PNO,now I am confused, should I go ahead with Ontario pnp as their fees is too high plus really have a doubt that Ontario or Canada really required too many dentists??what should I do

I would suggest you to take up the nomination. That's the quickest way to increase your score by 600 points and guaranteeing ITA. At 404, it is unlikely to be drawn this year. Otherwise, if you don't want to be obligated to staying in Ontario, try improving your IELTS score to at least CLB 9. That will give you additional 50 points.

Linsub are you still active on this post. I am a dentist with 4 years of work exp. I m planning to apply by end of this year. Do I need to clear the equivalency program (NBED) before applying for Express entry and which education agency should I get my credentials assessed from (WES ?). Again, does this agency require me to clear NBED to give me points or that is not reqiured. IF not required, would not how many points would I get for my professional degree and work experience. Thank you.
