I have another question related to GCMS notes; I was wondering should I order "Access to information" or "Privacy", I already chose "Access to information", Can someone tell me what is the difference between these two? and why one of them is free and the other one is 5$ ? Thanks folks.

If I am not mistaken, The Privacy act where there is no fee is if the applicant whose information is sought is residing in Canada and Access to Information act where there is a $5 fee needs to be paid is for the applicant whose information is sought not residing in Canada.
Hope I am right about this....when I first ordered it that is how I understood it!

Happy news just in time for Christmas....! Finally my husband's file is in process! They started processing it on 16 December 2013. I should be getting the GCMS notes today, but don't think they will tell us anything, haha. Oh well, just happy to see some movement after all this time.
Merry Christmas to all celebrating and Happy New Year!!

Thank you both so much and the same wishes for you ladies!!!
So, by "application in process" does that mean an interview is not needed? I know anything is possible, but generally speaking? Also says "Medical Results Received". Is it possible that they have then checked eligibility, criminal and medical now?

It's likely you won't be called for an interview but there is still a chance they could call you for one. They are processing your application so if they find something they do not like, they will probably call for an interview.
