I submitted the GCMS last month but still did not received any respond. :-[

Normally it takes a month or so to get a response.

Bad news Guys ! Processing time has been incresed from 50 to 51 months in Ankara:

but still this is not so bad if we compare with a New-Dehli (59 months) or Beijing (54 months)

Don't worry the processing time is not for all the cases, as you see in the website for visitor visa Ankara' processing time is 133 days.

But most of the parents are getting their visitor visa in just 60 days.

I just been informed that one of my friends’ parents got their visa
They applied on 2007 and their file been sent to Damasks on 2010( April). The file been transferred to Ankara last year. They got the medical request on April 2013. Finally they been asked for passport today 

Hopefully, this means that they get close to the end of 2007 and will start reviewing the files of 2008 soon...

I got GCMS back but it is almost 57 pages and I could not understand.
Which part I have to look in case they sent the request for any information?
Also it mentioned that medical in progress(Dec,2012) but I have not received any email do I have to send an email to them if yes to which email address?

Look at Incoming, Outgoing Communications, Notes section, Security/Crim/Meds
Inquire abt email as there is a possibility that they sent instructions but never got to u

On your place, I would: 1) contact call center at CPC-Missisauga; 2) send an email to Canadian Embassy in Ankara with word URGENT ! in the subject field (will send a fax as well); 3) contact local MP by email and explain situation and ask the help from him
