Am I allowed get loan from bank if husband's PR is still pending?

Hi,
I am a canadian citizen, my husband's PR is being processed outland. I moved back to canada and my husband is here with me as a visitor.
I am thinking of byuing a business, I would need loan from bank. Am I allowed to, if husband's PR is still pending or do I have to wait until he gets his PR?

The loan application won't affect the PR processing in any way.

THanks so much for the superquick answer. So it will be ok? Once I get it, should I inform the outland VO of it? THey know, that we have live outside of Canada, are they interested in the empoyment I have or the business I want to buy?

If you were residing exclusively outside of Canada when you sponsored your spouse, then go ahead and advise them that you have returned to Canada and are seeking/have received funding to set up your own business. That will go towards proving you are re-settling in Canada in preparation for your spouse to receive his PR. If you were not residing exclusively outside Canada, it won't matter one way or the other to them.
