Im sponsoring my husband inland sponsorship for PR weve been married for almost a year now and were having a baby as well. We are planning to sponsor his parents to come here next september 2015 for them to see the baby can i still apply for a super visa for them? or even a regular visitor visa while my husband's papers are on process still?
hello thanks for your reply. I was just thinking because theyre not my parents theyre my parents in law and i was thinking its suppose to be my husband to sponsor them because he is related to them once he gets his PR i wasnt sure if i can sponsor them for super visa
