I have heard lots of cases where visa is rejected because the same person has already applied for PR in Canada and that file is still in process. If this case is true then is this case still valid for parent. Parents are already having visit visa which will expire in almost 1 year and I am planning to apply for their PR.
Should I renew their visit visa before applying for PR or apply for the PR and then visit visa because that's not an issue in case of parents?
