Just an update I did not check my email and was waiting for PPR in GCKEY ….
but I got PPR email on 14-Jan in my wife’s email.

We will send the package Tomorrow

Yes, but it may take some time - eg 2-4 weeks. YOu'd need to contact VFS and/or the visa office.
