All who got FILE MOVED/transferred to NDVO 2019 please join

Called IRCC, after 10 attempts and after a very long wait got connected to the agent,
But he said my application was moved to NDVO so he can't give any information further.
As per GCMS received on October 29th, 2021, my Primary VO was CIO, and my secondary was Ottawa. And only criminality was passed. Eligibility was yet to start.
Now my medical also got expired a few days ago.

Any Insight Guys?
Is the Interview is mandatory for all applicants?

Yes, you can apply. No guarantee it will be approved, but no harm in trying.

Yes cancelled. I am August'19 applicant and my date was Jan month end. Just mentioned it will be rescheduled for a later date

You were fortunate to have completed the interview before the cancellations began. I think it had to do with the rise in Covid cases. Could you tell us do they give the decision/response right after interview or is there still an infinite wait time after? It's been 2+ years since my application and I was really looking forward to get a closure finally.
