Thank you all. I just try to communicate the most recent and authentic knowledge (according to the best of my understanding) to all of the forum members.
I received from regular postal mail. It mentions my name, address etc and it clearly mentions that my documents evaluation has been satisfactory with PEBC and it is also written over there that I can show the letter to immigration authorities as proof that my credentials have been evaluated favorably.
My dear fellow pharmacist,
Many congratulations. Now please guide us, what should be the appropriate way of preparing the EE. I'm planning to appear in EE on Jul 03 & 04 2013. Currently I'm reviewing Physiology (Guyton), Pharmacology (Katzung, Goodman Gillman & Ganong), and Physical Pharmacy by Martin. also using Leon Shargel. Plz guide me what other books should I refer.

You do not need to read this much. It is just a review exam. I have done Comprehensive Pharmacy Review (CPR) by Leon Shargel, and Misbah's notes.
You also need to know Canadian pharmacy act, pharmacist ethics and management principle. OTC section from CPR will help a lot. and other from Misbah should be good enough to pass.
This year it was,
Pharmacology and Therapeutics 40%
OTC 20%
Management and acts 10%
Pharmaceutical calculations 5%
Med Chem 5%
Anatomy 10%
Biochem and other stuff 10%
Also to let all people know, You do not need wait until your result of document evaluation in order to apply for EE. Once you have been assigned PEBC ID, you can apply for EE.

Hello all,
I am new to the forum and just found this thread. I was thinking when I have been, how come I didn't find you guys earlier... I am so late. As I have postponed my plan because for a long time, almost gave up actually... and this thread could be an enlightenment for me.
I need to make a statutory declaration that I am not currently licensed anywhere in the world. Can anyone help me with the format?
