Yes, most likely! Although I am in the US, and I know that a few US-based outland applicants received their COPR.
So I am still hoping for some good news this spring.

how much time on an average do they take to approve an application after all stages have passed? For me all stages passed on March 5th, but no approval yet.

Same here. Mine were all passed March 19. Keep on checking my online account, hoping to see the “Approved” status on the main page. *sigh*

Hey everyone! After a month long wait of passing all stages I finally received my COPR number on portal. But the process seems never ending as I am now waiting for the letter.

My NOC is 6322. Surprisingly, I just saw someone having the same NOC and Visa Office as mine (6322, Ottawa) got approval yesterday. Her AOR is 26 August while mine is 24 August...hope my turn will come today.
