Here is my timeline:
AOR 10 June
Eligibility pass
Securty pass
Criminality pass on 30 Janaury
All stages passed on 30 Janaury

AOR - Sep 26, 2019
Medicals expired in Sep 2020, "we are reviewing the results of your medical exam" since mid-Jan 2021, with a ghost update.

I read someone on a different thread said his account said everything passed since Oct but no COPR until he called in January and IRCC agent said the file was somehow missed. He got confirmation the very next day. Did you try calling them ?

Hello guys
I got my approval yesterday. I didn’t get COPR yet. But there is an email is the account that says your application has been approved and there is a COPR no. as well.

I am not sure for applicants from outside of Canada.
