I received ppr on 2 Aug 2022, updated that I and my dependents are inside Canada using web form many times. But there is no response or update. Also, I am not able to check the status of my application on the CAS tool.
Can anyone tell at what stage are we able to check the status on CAS tool?
I also tried to call but every time same response, "Due to the high volume of applications we are unable to transfer your call", and call ends.
Please guide What other options do I have?

Counterfoil Generated and Approved in GC 21st Dec
Passport Ready for collection in VFS Delhi on 22nd Dec

Hi everyone.

. I call IRCC agent and found that all assessment stages are completed since 25 November but still I haven't received portal email even after over 45 days. Is this usual process ? I am PNP inland candidate and AOR is 1st OCT 2022.
