My case all stage passed on April 30. CEC . Still in Processing Center Ottawa as of 24- May. What for IRCC waiting we don't know.

Apparently, I saw it somewhere, someone said the Ottawa Office has like 34,000 COPRs to do. Not sure if it's true or not but in my eyes, it looks like its procrastination and using COVID as an excuse and just leaving everything get delayed

Assuming that is the case, how come some people received CORP just days after all stages passed? I am not sure what factors they take into account.

I honestly have no idea. Even if there are factors, no one at IRCC is telling us why some of us are still waiting for the COPR documents even though all steps are completed. I have a COPR document number on my application since April 17, but no actual document. I ordered GCMS Notes so maybe I'll have an idea with that. Just have to wait since I only ordered them on May 18

Finally received email for PR Confirmation Portal. It took 5 weeks after passing all the stages.
Now waiting for credentials.
