It will be my second appeal...and i dont know f they give ADR or full hearing ?

Am wondering if you have notes from first refusal and notes from second. And compare. I think you should make copies of this, tell IAD you believe they refused you for the same reason twice. Which they cannot do. Fax them. There is a fax to send complaints to. Mine got answered about a month or two later. But it's worth a shot.

I have a question about photos, how do you guys submit your photos to IAD? Do you make the prints from costco and glue them on a 8x11 paper and make an album yourself? Is this an acceptable method?
