Yes it is wrong,
Write bay form no,which is issued from NADRA and it has a NO. which is same as CNIC no.
It has no expiray date but it expires on 18th birthday of child.
So write the 18th birth date of every child in card expiry column.
Every one who has passport has a must bay form from NADRA.
I did the same. Some of my friends did the same.
@Saman Ahmed Sorry for late reply I am from "AINP Family Stream". I am tired from Canadian slow immigration process so I don't visit Canada immigration forums to keep my mind off it (but sometime cant keep my mind off it). After applying for Canadian immigration I applied for Australian immigration and it has been more then a year that I am in Australia. My first choice was Canada because of friends and relatives.
Re: All Pakistani PNP Applicants submitted file @ CIO in 2012
Hello all,
Hope everyone is doing well and cases are progressing well. I was hoping to received PPR by end of September based on similar cases however it has still not arrived for some reason. Upon CSE, London VO replied that my case is in queue to be reviewed by immigration officer.
Now the problem is that it will be exactly 1 year in November when my application was sent to CIC so I'm not sure if my Police Certificates for Pakistan will remain valid when my case comes up for review. The certificates don't have an expiration date and CIC website just requires certificates to be submitted within 3 months of issuance and doesn't say anything about validity. Does anyone know about this and any suggestions in this regard, whether I should wait for London VO to ask for updated one or send one anyway.

Fahad;
Don't worry about police certificate thingy; because once your criminal check is passed (which is because file needs to be reviewed by IO), it is valid for one year.
Re: All Pakistani PNP Applicants submitted file @ CIO in 2012
Dear all,
I received an email where I am asked to deposit the RPRF by following this link http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/pakistan/visas/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng&view=d#schedule. Now i am confuse as when i follow the link the fee is mentioned as Processing fee (550) + RPRF(490) = 52250 pak rupees. I have already paid the processing fee few months ago. I just need to pay RPRF (490). the question is whether the mentioned amount in pak rupees is only RPRF or both? or simply if somebody can tell me how much i shall deposit as a RPRF fee?.
