There's this other thing I need help with, the business and all pertinent documents is registered under my husband's name. We run it together but we have decided to make me the primary applicant. Since we will provide a copy of our marriage certificate, will that be enough to show proof of our relationship? Or should i make a certificate of employment and have my husband sign it? I am scheduled to take the ielts on nov. 17. I hope that by the time the results get released the noc category where i am applying is still open. I understand that the ielts result should be passed with the application, is this true? Thank you in advance to all your replies.
In this case you would not be self employed. You are employed by your husband.
I would suggest making a certificate of employement as well as a work experience letter from your husband, just like the one CIC requries from employers, with complete explanation of roles and responsibilities and your years of running the retaurant as the Manager, number of hours of work per week etc. Make sure your husband mentions what his designation is and enclose his business card. Basically treat him just like your employer. Also encloe the business docs to prove he is the owner of the restaurant, like I had mentioned in my previous mail.
Yes the ORGINAL IELTS result has to be enclosed with your application.
Hope the NOC is open till then. Keep all your documents ready. The day you rcv the IELTS result, enclose that and send it immeidately. Don't wait for a single more day beyond that.

I got NER and going to apply again. I collect two reference letter june, 2011 (One from HR-where mention my working duration and another from my supervisor-where mention my duties. when I apply first) and working in that organization till now. However, now I just collect a new reference letter from my supervisor with modified JD. Should I collect update reference letter from HR (for working duration)?

Anyway, it was written in the checklist that "Complete, date, sign and include this form in your application IF you have a paid or unpaid representative". I will term that to mean the form need not be included in my package if i have no representative. Right?
Secondly, I am a young 24 and no dependants, my question is; do i have to include the ADDITIONAL DEPENDANTS/DECLARATION FORM and then write NOT APPLICABLE on it?

You do not need to include representative form if you have not assigned a representative.
You do not need to bother with that Additional dependants declaration form. In any case it is for people who have more than 5 dependants. So you do not need it at all.
However you do need to fill out the the Additonal Family Information Form IMM 5406. It will contain the information about your parents and siblings.

In the question: "Number of years of education in total" it is only possible to write integers without decimals.
My college was 5 semesters long = 2.5 years but I can not write 14.5 years.
What should I do?
all letter should not be small first letter must be in Capital............like if you wish to write pakistan you write like Pakistan............or if you wish to write samirsa..........you can write Samirsa and this is the format......
