3 Back ground / Declaration form--Qn No :Membership in organisatin---i am not holding any position--if so in guide they give write " “I have never been a member of an organization or association” but in the form they mention write "NONE" what to do?

4.Do i collect my Spous's experience certificate too?

5.For my experience certi 1 reff is enough? as my head i have chief project officer & Executive director should i collect signature, which is good?

Thank you

Peeush -

1) YES hand written is enough.

2) YES. This is the only form that is not typeable. Please write it by hand.

3) Please write NONE.

4) NO NEED for spouse exp certificate.

5) Usually your direct reporting person is advisable. Please DO NOT forget to give details of your roles and responsibilties as per NOC. Do not copy and paste, but try to add at least 80 to 90% of all listed duties. Thsi is one of the main reasons for rejectionof applications. YES, 1 ref is enough.

Good luck buddy

Hi,

In the Background declaration form---Personal history have to mention street and Number----i have only street name no ID----normally we dont use a street Number--wat to do

I think this is the case for most Indian Addresses. Simply mention your street name and leave the street nmbr section blank. No problem.

Thank you so much

In Background declaration Form, in Education field.

Do we have to just mention the Name of the Institution or the Awarding body for that degree.

Secondly the space is not enough what to do then?

Please include the name of the institute, not the awarding body.

If there isnt enough space, please include an extra sheet. Dont forget to mention principal applicant's name and Form Name and Number and the question number, in the extra sheet.

Want your opinion. We are a family of three, Hunband, wife and a child. As per that we need to show the funds of around 16,500 CAD.

WE have around equivalant to 20,500 in our back account but in Pakistani Currency and i got letter from bank for Pak Rs.

Do i need to take a snap shot of forex rates and paste it with our application ? or that would not be necessary.
Please help.

Regards

Zeeshan

Zeecee,

There is no need to take forex rates etc.

Just ask the bank for a "Bank Certification Letter". Most banks already have a format for that. In that they usually mention that you have been their customer since XX-XX-XXXX and your current balance is XXXX.

This certificate must be on the bank's letterhead, with bank's seal, and signature of a bank official. Send the original to CIC (not photocopy). This is enough.

Should you have any other doubts, do feel free to ask.

Good luck to you.

1) Yes you can use credit card, by all means. Only thing is, sometimes the credit card company denies the charges as it is an overseas payment, then your application will be sent back. But I would think, if you keep your credit card company (bank) duly informed of this charge and tell them to accept it, I dont think there should be any problem. There are many people in this forum who have paid by credit card.

2) So far I have not come across anyone from "Detroit" VO. But have seen many from "Buffalo". I'm not sure though if Detroit is valid. I think you should call the Detroit office and find out.

Cheers

There is only one PCC issued for the entire country (India). There is no need to take from each state. Trust this helps.

YES. Mention "everything" in the additonal sheet. Also dont forget to mention the form number, form name, your name and the question to which you are answering.

I suggest to make an excel sheet exactly like the form and then fill your details.
