CIC Spore has given you an e-mail address in their correspondences. You have been also given instruction in their correspondences of how to communicate them that in every correspondence from your end to CIC Spore that you must state your Application number and DOB along with your name.
It is better to attach the copy of your old passport along with the copy of your new passport and describe in detail that why you have submitted the new passport at VFS in your e-mail to them. You don't need to raise a Case, instead you directly send an e-mail to the e-mail address that they have sent you for sending correspondence if you require in any time during the process of your application.
This is my personal thoughts. Rest depends on your final own judgement.
You don't need to raise CSE for your new passport.
It is common that your passport should be continuation number from your old passport for your new passport.

I need some clarification on the Application forms need to submit in MVO. On Dec 09 2016 i have received MR, RPRF, PCC and Additional documents to be sent.
they have mentioned as below-
My Name-
1. PCC from Bangladesh
2. PCC from UAE
3. Generic Application form (IMM 0008)
4. Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing signature
5. Additional Family Information form (IMM 5406) bearing signature
My Wife's Name-
1. PCC from Bangladesh
2. PCC from UAE
3. Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing signature
4. Additional Family Information form (IMM 5406) bearing signature
also they have clearly told to mail all the things using the email id to their email id. They have also mentioned the file naming format and every file should be within 2 MB.
now my question is in the Schedule A Background Declaration form and Additional Family Information form they have mentioned bearing signature hence i will fill it and sign it then the scan copy will be sent. But in the case of Generic Application form should i send the filled form alone without signing it?
Try to take CAD as much as you can. Bcoz, in bd u purchase USD @82 and CAD @63 Local mktg (not from bank as bank most of the time do not provide big amount of dollars).
But in Canada 1 USD=1.2 CAD. So by calculating ur total limit, you can save at least 25k to 30k BDT due to that SHUVONKORER FAKI!!!
I took 12k CAD and rest USD. In Canada u can also have USD Account where u can save ur USD as an investment!

I have a query regarding Endorsement in passport. As I want to take Canadian Dollars with me while travelling, should I endorse Canadian dollars in my Passport or endorsement of US Dollar will suffice.

AFAIK, VFS Dhaka will text u, when they receive your passport back from Singapore Visa office.
Did you receive any text after submitting your pp to them?
I received 2 text, 1st one about receiving my PP by VFS Dhaka, 2nd one about receipt of my PP by SGVO. I received the same via email also.
