Which part of Canda gives more facilities for Varsity education? I mean any govt loan or something like that... Singapore received my passport on 14th of December 2016, Yet vfs tracking shows its under process. When will get my passport? I am waiting for it due to my son's admission and other planning. Please advise me.

I never heard any refusal in that situation. Do you know any case? But why they did refuse? e case status shows decision made that means your file is approve for visa. Waiting waiting........
I like to travel through Cathey/Dragon air rather than go through middle east flights to US apart from UK.
Apart from Turkish airline price is much cheaper by Dragon Air to CA/US route.

We booked our ticket for Toronto through an agent and got the price as below~
Adult oneway - Tk60K
Child oneway - Tk45K
Adult return - TK.90K
Only Sunday is the best timing to travel which is almost 21/22 hours travel from start to land (inducing layover time at HKG airport)
I think you can try this route if you didn't ever choose.

You will not get any update before 30/45 days. Nothing to do till then. As they ask for passport, there is more than 90% chance that you are moving to Canada.
Actually when I posted the note about the flight rate, that time maximum airlines offering discounted rate if anyone wanted to buy ticket within 31-Dec-16.
Now rate became normal for almost all airlines.
However still I feel dragon air will be lower rate if you compare everything with other airlines timing and services.
Personally i always avoid via gulf area including Istanbul transit if I choose to go US/CA destination.
So that, for price, timing and service is better for me via dragon air.
I also prefer to travel with Emirates but their transit time is too long for me for US/CA route. But sometimes emirates service is getting bad when many worker travel at a time and feels like I am also worker as my Bangladesh passport. However after Dubai to other destination is very good service in economic class apart from business class travel.

After your satisfaction for price and timing from any airlines then you can ask any travel agent to buy your ticket or you can buy ticket through wed site if you have credit card.
