Debashish da, i got confused seeing ur above reply ! People landed in Canada are telling that it is better to assess all the certificates & Transcript by WES or similar evaluators before coming to Canada if want to study after landing !
Can u please double check ?
If we want to study a college diploma from George Brown or same type colleges, what will they ask if we just show BD certificates? Without canadian equivalency assessment, how we can admit in those colleges ? How ?
Pls tell us the real fact if u know the exact scenrio pls
I dont know about college...but, for university, i am more than 100% sure that they dont accept wes. Even, you can find it in the universit or college website.

If you wanna stay with Bangladeshi people, then Victoria park and Danforth area is good but rent on those areas are high. For comfortable rent you can check Lawrence and Midland, Morningside and Lawrence areas.
I got the ITA lately. I wanted to know how to show Sanchaypatra (Govt. issued bond) as proof of fund, since it it easily encashable.
Has anyone here recently applied for immigration showing Sanchaypatra as proof of fund? If yes, what supporting documentation was shown (e.g. bank certificate, notarized deed, actual Sanchaypatra scripts, etc.)? Samples/ templates would be much appreciated.

BhaiaI have applied with Shoncoypotro but none of them was in my name. What I think is you need translate and notarize them first as they are in Bangla. I hope seniors can shed light on what to do later. I am sharing my experience anyways-
I scanned the Shonchoypotro along with the page with my father/husband's and nominee's(mine) photo, then translated and notarized it. After that en cashed them; put the money in my father's and husband's bank respectively, and from there transferred to my account, I provided all of ours bank statements showing the transaction with supporting gift affidavit and no objection declaration.
need valuable suggestion please.
I organized my scanned documents in MS word for pdf. I tried to provide an index with each pdf segments, in MS word I found I can add a hyperlink to each indexed section(using bookmark) so that when someone clicks a title in index it will take him/her to the designated page. But now I am confused. Is it a good idea or even approved? I did this to make the VO's job easier as in some section (POF) I have lots of different documents.
any kind of input would be highly appreciated.
Bhaia, is there any disadvantage associated with taking loan/OSAP? for example if I want to sponsor my parents in future; can the loan taking history hinder it in anyways?
