None of the correspondence i sent before appeared in the notes whick means that my file is not assigned to an officer yet and as per the first page of the notes PV2 is a category not an officer.

As per CIC web site PV2 means:

PV2: Provincial Nominee – Selected by a province other than Quebec

MP will be my last way but i will wait for a month and see what is the file status

Hey everyone

I got my PPR and saw that I need to submit 2 passport size pics.

Can someone confirm that the dimensions are as follows:

50 mm wide X 70 mm high (2 inches wide X 2 3/4 inches long) and sized so the height of the face measures between 31 mm (1 1/4 inches) and 36 mm (1 7/16 inches) from chin to crown of head (natural top of head).

and should there being anything on the back of the photo, eg my name or a stamp with the date?

They asked me for a passport size pictures, not PR. So dimensions are 50 x 70.

I'm new here. It's good seeing that mid Oct applicants are getting PPR. I get so impatient now. Mine is Oct 31. So I guess end of May the earliest to hear anything.

They received my application on November 1, I really hope to receive my COPR (I'm from a visa exempt country) soon because I already have a new job lined up for the middle of June.

I happen to hate my job with a passion but have to suck it up until PR is done. However, I think it's ok to switch job if you are not apply with your employer. Am I correct ?
