KEN, I made a dumb mistake.
I asked RCMP ottawa to send the results to Sydney. I honestly didn't knew about it back then otherwise I would have done it myself.
Its been more than a month since I did it and they told me that the maximum it would take them to send it is a month.
So I really hope CIC updates the status.. I will stay tuned.

from my understanding and many other cases, your file will be transfer to Ottawa after in process, from your GCMS note, your file is already in Ottawa and pending review by PV2.
Is there a deadline on your note?
probably your case is already in process and they will let you know soon, coz before in process or a few days after in process, most cases are still in Sydney.

As per the GCMS notes:
all my assessments are not started except Medical Passed and Criminality is In progress as i already submitted PCC with the application.
There is no assigned officer "Blank" and no Due Date "Blank"

i know, all the apps will send their to Sydney first even though our primary office that we stated on our form is Ottawa, there is a litter bit weird on your notes, coz some July apps are getting PPR recently.
I strongly encourage you to meet with a MP and ask he or she to contact Ottawa directly. if your case is already in Ottawa, you can also email Ottawa instead of Sydney, it is pretty fast for Ottawa to reply you.

i alrady emailed them twice , the last one in April and i received the standard reply that my file is in Ottawa waiting for review by one of our officers.

PV2 review is the last officer who reviewed your case, whenever an officer open and review your case, they will make a mark and that will show on your notes, and when you email them and the reply from them will also show on the notes,

None of the correspondence i sent before appeared in the notes whick means that my file is not assigned to an officer yet and as per the first page of the notes PV2 is a category not an officer.
