You and I re both same time line. hope we get ours this month but I don't know if my file has been transfer, my Ecas show nothing about that except my address had been taken away for more than 3 weeks now.Hope this will lead to good news soon.10/4

I got a letter in my mail today it was for me to summit my present status in Canada.my work permit got expire since last feb but I still maintain same employment, I m going to send them my emply status I got since w-permit expired.had any body received any letter like this before?I m sure they wt to be sure a m still working since work permit expired two month prio to today.

I am bit worried about your case. Did you send your documents to vegreville to renew your work permit. If you did, you are very safe. You must know that you can renew your work permit on the basis of your PNP certficate. You don't need a new LMO.

Your work permit should be valid throughout your PNP process. If you have not applied yet, please get an advise ASAP as you will be technically out of status. It is my opinion. I think you can restore your status with 90 days of expiry your visa.

I got the PPR today. My attorney just forward the email.

Thanks to such a wonderful forum. Will update you about my stamping shortly.

There is nothing like this. they mentioned that initial assessment has been completed and they will make the decision without a interview and asked me to submit the landing fee.
