Age limit of Sponsor is complusory or not

Hi,

This is Usman Ahmed. I want some information about AINP (Alberta Immigrant nominee Program). I want to go to canada under Family streem program. I have my sister in calgary, alberta. She got imigration in March 2007. I want my sister to sponsor me under AINP family stream program. It's been 2 years she is living there. But the age of my sister is 19 years and few months. I want to know that she can apply for me or not. Does the age limit (21 Years ) is complusory or not. she is working there and have the required amont of money, which is required for sponsorship. As a immigration consultatnt i want to know your opinion on this matter. I am waiting for your reply.

The criteria states 21, not 19 or close, but 21 to be eligible
