How can i sponsor my sister who is deaf and her daughter age 6. Both me and my spouse are permanent residence in Canada with annual gross income appro. 70K. My sister is perfect in sign language. if she comes to canada will she be getting opportunity to make her life on own.

Sorry, no you can't. You have a spouse, which makes you ineligible as a sponsor for an adult sibling.
